A luscious leathery Cabernet made from our oldest Ruby Cabernet grapes. Whole bunch rack dried for 3 weeks to intensify the cassis flavours and rich colour. Extended ageing on American Oak has developed a lingering tannin profile.
2020 Ruby Cabernet
Light Bodied Cabernet
Vibrant and rich with forest fruit and blackcurrant on the nose and palate. This light bodied Cabernet is lovely and juicy with a silky tannin structure and lingering aged leather notes to finish.
2022 Unwound Shiraz
Medium Bodied Red
A rich vibrant fruity Shiraz aged on both, French and American oak. With hints of blueberry, black currant and soft lingering tannins.
