2019 Rack Dried Ruby Cabernet
A luscious leathery Cabernet made from our oldest Ruby Cabernet grapes. Whole bunch rack dried for 3 weeks to intensify the cassis flavours and rich colour. Extended ageing on American Oak has developed a lingering tannin profile.
